Questions

What does the Gap Checker look at?

It finds your business on Google (profile, rating, review count and hours), loads your website to check HTTPS, the mobile layout tag and whether the server is slow to respond, and scans the page for online booking, chat and links to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. If Google lookups are unavailable, it runs the website checks only, shows how many website items it found, and gives no score out of 100. Phone speed is shown as not measured, because it doesn't run a full phone speed test yet.

Is it really free?

Yes. There's no sign-up, and you don't have to give us any contact details to see your results.

Where do the numbers come from?

Every figure comes from a published survey or report, and the source is linked next to it. Some publishers sell related services; we label those so you can judge for yourself.

What is a free preview?

A working preview of a new website designed for your business, sent to you as a private link. Look at it, share it, and decide. There's no obligation.

What do the monthly plans include?

Every plan includes hosting, security and updates, and unlimited edits (whole redesign separate). The C$250 setup is refundable until you approve your design. There is no contract: cancel any time with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, you keep your domain and your content; the site design and hosting stay with Loomkind. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus 13% HST, and we confirm exactly what is included in writing before any work starts.
